Tertiary Education Projects

Fermoy has also been contracted to provide the services of Tom Gregg to initiate and manage projects leading to successful new business contracts for the company within the tertiary education sector in NZ.

NZ CEO Recruitment

From October 2011, Tom Gregg was involved by the CLV global company CEO in the search for a new regional CEO for the NZ company. This was a difficult assignment as it was not a normal circumstance in attracting a high-quality CEO for a business headquartered in the seriously damaged Christchurch city, with continuing after-shocks from on-going quakes, and housing issues. However, on 19 March 2012, a new CEO was appointed and now has taken the full leadership role in the restructured company.

Campus Living Villages NZ Post-earthquake Restructure

The UC project was proceeding and then the catastrophic earthquake hit Christchurch in NZ on 22 February 2011.

Campus Living Villages US Management Project

In the period from 2009 through to March 2011, Fermoy was contracted to extend the provision of the services of Tom Gregg to the largest global provider of on-campus student accommodation, in relation to a new focus on its US subsidiary company. This was an issue of changing perceptions and changing the culture of the US business to have it as a better fit with the global operations, and to reduce costs and maximise returns on investments.
