Campus Living Villages US Management Project

In the period from 2009 through to March 2011, Fermoy was contracted to extend the provision of the services of Tom Gregg to the largest global provider of on-campus student accommodation, in relation to a new focus on its US subsidiary company. This was an issue of changing perceptions and changing the culture of the US business to have it as a better fit with the global operations, and to reduce costs and maximise returns on investments. The project was conducted by having Tom Gregg located in Houston Texas for up to 2 months at a time for 3 periods per year, to work within the UC company, to effect change from "within". Tom Gregg reported directly to the global CEO, and began the change in culture, a change in leadership, and an appreciation of the need to harmonise processes and policies with those of the global business.
